Built in 2000, this custom, 2800-square-foot home offers plenty of living space for large groups, yet is designed to be cozy for small families, too.

AN UNFORGETTABLE VISIT FOR YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS - Whether you are planning a romantic getaway for two, or are expecting a house full of family and friends, treat yourselves to a superb experience.

We are proud to provide you with updated furnishings, deluxe mattresses, and quality towels and linens. We also believe that the cooks in your group will be very pleased with the well-appointed kitchen.

ACCOMMODATIONS FOR UP TO 14... COMFORTABLY! With queen-size beds in each of our five bedrooms, we are able to provide private rooms to five couples, without anyone having to camp out on the living room sofa. We also provide a futon and roll-away twin beds. (Please note: Our base rates are for the first eight guests. A small nightly fee applies to each additional guest up to a maximum of fourteen people.)

The master suite, located on the top floor, enjoys a large private bath, including a jacuzzi tub. On the second-floor, the suite has a full bath, while two more bedrooms share a full bathroom. The bottom-floor suite has its own full bath, with a half bath located on the top floor.

Great for a large group.

This house was perfect for our large group with plenty of space and bathrooms and at a great price. It’s 1 block from the beach and has all the essentials. Would definitely stay again.

Family Time

Our family is spread out along the west coast. The big house in Bandon was a perfect place to enjoy time together. There was plenty of room for all of us with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies for sleeping and socializing. The house is very comfortable- not fussy - and well appointed for bigger groups to enjoy.The beach pathway is less than a 3 minute stroll away. And because the house is on a hill, you can see the ocean from many of the windows and balconies. There is also a lovely beach park one block away if hanging out on a grassy lawn or an ocean view picnic is your thing.We hope to be back!

Wonderful vacation home

The house was perfect for our family of 8. Its a very large home. The big open kitchen and living area was perfect for a large group. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The place was very clean and comfortable. Very short walk to a quiet beach. Its was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Nice time in Bandon in September

This was a great property for the price. It's dated and a bit worn, but it fit the bill for our party of 9 adults. It's a short walk from a beautiful beach, and we had the beach mostly to ourselves.

perfect vacation home...

We expected a house to accommodate our golf trip and little more. It was a lot more and worth the vacation trip even if we hadn't played golf. The spectacular view, the casual comfort and the great location made it one of the nicest vacation homes we have ever rented. Will definitely do it again!

The Perfect House To Vacation With Family

Our family included hubby and me, our grown daughter and son, their spouses and 6 of our 8 grandkids. there was plenty of room for privacy, everyone had their own bed and even the teenagers enjoyed the rooms and house. The short walk to the beach was relaxing and simple. The linens were ready for us upon arrival and bedding ready for us to crash. The whole experience was easy, convenient and well worth the rate.

2024 summer in Bandon

The house is huge lots of room for multiple families 5 minutes from beach 5 minutes from horse back riding. Lots of parking the house was well equipped for cooking and feeding lots of people. The main complaint is the weeds in the yard millions of baby like goat heads that grab on your shoes and make it into the house make sure to bring inside and outside shoes.

Oregon Trip 2024

It was about a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. There was a beach horse ride close to property so alot of horses on beach. The house was good could use some new couches but otherwise great.

A Bandon Abandon met all our needs

This house was the perfect size and location for our family vacation and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The 5 bedrooms easily fit our family of 8 which room to spare and was so close to the beach with a great view of the Bandon Sunset and Fireworks going off in Old Town. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a few things that could be changed/fixed such as the electric can opener not working well, some missing screens on the windows and a few plugs not working but they were very minor an didn't take away from our overall experience. Thanks for sharing your home with us last week. We'd love to come back again next year and even more so if we could convince the owner to allow our two labs to come too.
